Beautiful Pro CSS adjustments need help/confirmation

Hi there ! Thanks by advance for a bit of help/confirmation. I need to match as much as i can this website :
    http://stephaniebarthes.com
    (With child Beautiful Pro)

For now i identified which part i need to tweak a bit :
    menu : class="widget-area header-widget-area"
    Logo : class="title-area"
    > i'm wondering if i can center the custom menu
like in the demo based on my logo image proportion is the same as the demo
320 x 120but graphic material cover the whole high.

    Container size : class="wrap" (1140px)
    header photo : class="site-header-banner"
    Content : class="site-inner"
    > I also need to shape the desktop version to match the 960px cover image
because for now in full width the text flow outside this 960px or if it's
more simple i can choose a 1140px cover image maybe
(size to match the container of the desktop
    size text layout)

What are your recommendations with responsive rules in MIND (Media Queries)

    THANKS

This question isn't even related to a Genesis theme, correct? It looks like the site you link to is html.
