    Hi, I recently joined a collective blog as an editor and also to help out with some technical issues.

    Since its launch, the site has had the problem described here with its forum breadcrumbs:

    Our site is using Genesis with the Lifestyle Pro theme. I'd like to try out the solution in this post (unless someone here suggests something else), but I can't figure out how to add the template as he's describing. The Genesis UI seems to be fairly different. What would be the equivalent instructions for the Genesis/Lifestyle Pro theme?

    I am new to WordPress but have a decent amount of experience with various CMSs through work. i.e. I might need some WP-specific hand-holding, but I have a fairly technical background.

    Hey Michelle,

    Looking at your forum section, the breadcrumbs appear to be working entirely as expected. They track down to the forum post level, and the links produced return the reader correctly to each previous level in the hierarchy.

    Example:
    curvy breadcumbs

    I can't see why you might need an additional template to resolve a question about breadcrumbs in Genesis. Can you describe your problem in more detail?

    My previous reply with images got nuked for some reason, so I'll be plain here: your forum breadcrumbs look to be doing exactly as expected. Can you explain your issue more directly?

    Hi Tom,

    I managed to fix it using the solution described here:

    Change the default Forums page

    It might be more of a workaround than anything else, but I'm fine with that. Sorry for not posting an update to let others know about the fix.
