Hi everyone,

I have created a new bar above the header following http://www.carriedils.com/widget-area-above-header-genesis/.

Now while the header of Minimum remains fixed (my navigation menu is in the right header widget, as in the theme's demo [http://demo.studiopress.com/minimum/]), this new bar goes moves following the scroll and disappears when scrolling down.

How to do so that this new bar stay fixed when scrolling, like the header?
