I'm using the Balance child theme in a 2 column (sidebar-content) layout.  Viewing the theme on a small mobile device (smartphone), everything looks good but I would like to tweak the layout a little.  Right now you see, in order, the header, nav menu, content, sidebar and then footer widgets, all "stacked" on top of each other.  I'd like the sidebar to show up before the content (stacked above and not below).  Is there a way to do this with a hook (or any other way for that matter) for just the mobile view of the site?

Hi Floyd I'm trying to achieve exactly the same thing with the metro theme. I've looked into CSS styles for float and clear on a couple of the elements in question (.sidebar #content etc) to no avail... have you had any luck? Anybody else?
