On my blog http://www.spanish-bites.com, I've put a video near the top. The drop down menu items fall over it on Firefox, Chorme and Safari, but behind on IE (as I expected).

I've experimented with "z-index: 9999 !important;" in different places on my style.css file, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
