    Hello everyone,

I am trying to add a backstretch image to the Altitude theme (Great theme btw).
    So i follow these instructions : http://wpsites.net/web-design/resize-background-images/

All goes well... except for the homepage. The backstretch function does not get fine with the parallax effect. It occurs a bug.

There is my question : how can I disable the backstretch function for the homepage ?

    Thanks for helping 🙂

    Hi everyone,

    So I solved this adding

"if (!is_home() )" in my function... simply 🙂

Has anyone else been able to do this? I'm sure the link provided is very helpful but I don't have $37 to drop on a snippet right now.

Yes. Possible. Are you wanting the backstretch image for first widget area (where logo, menu, content, button is coming)?

Actually I'm looking for a way to assign the featured image as the background like StudioPress does on the Stretch theme where it fades in when you go to a different page or post. Looks like it is archived but the demo is here: http://demo.studiopress.com/Stretch/

    Thanks for the help.
