    Hi,

    I need to make #home-top function like the default Genesis theme or similar to Magazine where the widget is next to the sidebar and not full width. Hoping there is an easy solution as I'd rather not build out the site using another theme as a base.

    Any ideas or help are most appreciated!

    Easily done. Simply change the hook on line 45 of the Backcountry child theme to:

    add_action( 'genesis_before_loop', 'backcountry_home_top' );
