My Authority Pro Theme looks exactly the way I want it to when I'm logged into my WordPress as an admin. All the bells and whistles are reflected perfectly. I am using a Chrome browser.

But when I look test out the website in an incognito window using chrome browser and firefox, the formatting is all wrong...I even cleared the cache several times.

I'm concerned about the light grey boxes behind images like in the demo. I like those and kept them as they are. But now they're gone in my tester windows.

And my linked Headings are showing up in a color that isn't the site's main color.

    What could be affecting it?

    Any help is appreciated.

I looked at the site in several browsers with and without incognito windows. It all looks the same.
