Is it possible to use the Author Pro Plugin on a different template? If so, what would I need to copy from the css and functions to make it work?

Yes, you can use author pro plugin on other genesis themes. Ideally, it would pick new theme styling by default. Some adjustments may be required. Give it a try.

I'm using it on the Associate theme on this website, but the book info is not showing as it does on the Author Pro theme. What code should I copy?

http://demo.studiopress.com/author/book-tag/autobiography/ - I want my pages to look like this, but they don't show the featured image which you can click and then it takes you to the info about the book, including the buy buttons.

For example - http://www.brendajackson.net/?book-series=bennet-masters . This page should look like the demo page above. When you click on the book on the demo site, then it takes you to the book info with the buy buttons. But all of that is missing on my client's website.

I'm sure it's just a matter of copying some code, but I don't know what to copy. Please help.

    Thanks,

    Renee

Look for "Genesis Author Pro" section under "plugins" section here http://demo.studiopress.com/author/wp-content/themes/author-pro/style.css?ver=1.0.0

Note: Personally I have not used this plugin, I suspect (not sure!) this plugin only works on newer HTML5 themes (associate theme is an old XHTML theme).

Tip: Try using this plugin on genesis sample theme and see if it works or not.
