    How/where can I change the code so descriptions on category and tag archive pages only show on the first pages, not on pages 2, 3, 4, etc?

    The default seems to be duplicating the taxonomy descriptions on every page, and I only want these to show once.

    I've got the same exact issue. Trying to change it on the Metro Pro theme. Have you had any luck?

    No, flailak, I still haven't figured out how to do this. I see that Brian Clark's yourboulder.com has category descriptions showing only on the first pages. Someone here must know how he does it.

    Won't someone please share how here?
