I've managed to create a different page template in Genesis-Sample theme.
I would like to apply a separate diffferent style to .site-inner in this template. I am unsure how to apply a separate id to this template, so that I can target it in the CSS file.
If this can't be done, do I need to apply the CSS style at the page-id class level?
Add a body class to it. You can do it through functions - https://my.studiopress.com/documentation/snippets/miscellaneous/add-custom-body-class/.
