    I have 2 anchor links in my header menu that show up in the hover link, even when the mouse is not over them. How can I get them to appear like the other links?

    I can tell you what's happening, but I can't tell you why. The color is actually coming from current-menu-item. Both of those items are getting flagged as current-menu-item. I suspect this is because you are linking to sections on the home page and the home page is the current page.
