Hi. I've built a custom theme based on Genesis.
In my main menu I have custom menu items which are anchor links to a specific section of a specific page. If I'm not on the actual page that has the anchor in it, the link does not work. However, if I right click on the link and choose to open in new tab, it DOES work.
It also works when I'm on the actual page where it's contained.
Right now my link looks like this:
    /index.php/work-with-me/#specialties
I've also tried it like this /index.php/work-with-me#specialties
(If I'm on the home page, or any other page, the link won't work. BUT if I'm on the work with me page, the anchor link scrolls down to the correct section just fine.)
    Nothing works.

    Any ideas?
    Thank you!

It doesn't look like the menu items are set up correctly. I think you will want to use the Custom Links feature to create the menu items, like so:

    Link Text: Specialities
    URL: http://owlcopy.com/index.php/work-with-me/#specialties

    Link Text: Process
    URL: http://owlcopy.com/index.php/work-with-me/#process

    Link Text: Agency Copy
    URL: http://owlcopy.com/index.php/work-with-me/#agencycopy

I may be misunderstanding your needs or the intention behind how you've implemented the site though.
