I am having trouble getting an anchor link to work on this site http://twostoriesmedia.com/site

I am linking a sub tab called "Our Process" under the "About" tab and linking within the About page to that specific section.

Here is the code that I added...

    <h1 style="text-align: center;"><a name="anchor1"></a><strong>Our Process</strong></h1>

And under the menu I have a custom link set up that goes to "#anchor1"

But for some reason it is not working. Any ideas?

OK, I tried that but still not working. Here is the code I added to the About page:
    <h1 id="ourprocess" style="text-align: center;">Our Process</h1>

Then I added this as the Custom Menu Link "#ourprocess"

    What am I doing wrong?

You need to add the full URL path for it to work from other pages.

    E.g. https://example.com/#ourprocess
