alter color widget-titlle

Hello I have a site that uses widget -text and I would like to change the color of the widget- titlle only but could not.

my code

color: 0000ff;
}

Hi there

you need to add the "#" to the hex tag

so like this, notice the # infront of the #0000ff now.

.widget-text .widget-title{
color: #0000ff;
}

It did not work , what I want to change is the widget -title ownership of all widget -text wordpress . The code is this:
