    We Just Ran a back up of the site using ftp but when we went onto the site the plugins page is empty, it says there are no plugins in the area. When looking at it through FTP plugins are all there. I tried restoring them and it didn't change also attempted to restore the plugins.php and the but nothing has changed. Any help would be great.

    Did you try to install either plugin again from WP dashboard?
