I think I may be way to tired and over looking something but I can't seem to figure out how to get my simple social icons to align with my secondary navigation menu in the metro pro theme. I had it earlier and now I'm not sure what I did any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
Thanks!

The menu along the top of your page appears to be a secondary navigation menu.
The menu in the middle of your page appears to be a widgetized menu.
The reason why you can’t seem to figure out how to get your simple social icons to align with your secondary navigation menu is because you have included it as part of your secondary navigation menu 🙂
Hopefully that may get you moving along a bit 🙂

Thanks a Bunch 🙂

June 15, 2015 at 11:40 am #156278Erik D. SlaterMemberOoooh ... wait a sec ... when you say that you want to "align" ... are you trying to get your social icons on the same line as the rest of the menu?
I personally wouldn't use a plugin inside a navigation menu. If you're just looking to put in links, you could simply create an extra menu option with custom links as sub-options ... or slip them under your About option.
You could then use Simple Social elsewhere, e.g. in your footer area.

June 15, 2015 at 12:11 pm #156285Erik D. SlaterMemberTo start with, you could add
float: left;
to the .genesis-nav-menu .menu-item selector. But I think you may run into problems once you get into the responsive stuff.This wouldn't be the final solution. I just wanted you to get a feel for how it looks ... and then try to resize the window to see what happens.

You can see them in action on my demo page. http://robgoss.com/demo/ good luck
