I'm setting up a new AgentPress pro site to replace our old Agentpress site.

Following the StudioPress instructions for creating a property listing I can't see where the example is getting the instructions for the additional photos from. How and where is this gallery created?

    Thanks
    Jack

    Hi Jack,

You'll need a lightbox plugin. The demo uses the jQuery Lightbox for Native Galleries and the link to download is on the setup page here:

    http://my.studiopress.com/setup/agentpress-pro-theme/first-steps/pre-installation-setup/

This plugin will make use of existing WordPress galleries. To create a gallery, upload your photos for the the listing so they are in your Media library, then in your library click on Create Gallery and select your photos. One other tip, the lightbox plugin has a few different "themes" they call it on their settings to show a white our black background while viewing. You can experiment and choose the one you like best.

    Hi Ginger,

thank you so much for that - the StudioPress instructions were not very clear about that - you've made it crystal clear!

So, should I create a new gallery for each property or do they all reside in one gallery - or am I confusing the terms media library and gallery?

AND - thank you so much for the tip about the themes - I was wondering how they got that clean white lightbox effect!
    Best
