I've combed these forums but I didn't see where I can change the default domain.com/listings/ page to display more then 10. I saw one post suggest that it's a failure for agentpress - I wouldn't go that far, but it'd be very disapointing if there's not an easy/medium difficult way to show more then 10 listings on a page.

It's controlled by your basic WordPress settings. In your WP Dashboard go to Settings > Reading and change the number in "Blog pages show at most" field.
