    How do i get the secondary navigation to only appear on select category pages? Because the theme uses a custom menu for the menu navigation any code i've found doesn't work.

    Its the basic Custom Menu widget that comes with the Agent Press Pro theme, i've not changed its code in any way.

    Use a plugin like widget logic with conditional tag like 

    is_category(array( cat-one, cat-two, cat-three ) ) )
