Agency theme – problems changing header size

Hello - I am trying to change the header size for the Agency theme to 1140 x 200.

In functions.php I changed it here:

/** Add support for custom header */
add_theme_support( ‘genesis-custom-header’, array(
‘width’ => 1140,
‘height’ => 100
) );

I had also gotten rid of the background image at the top because I didn't want one, but could that be part of the problem? Do I need a transparent image instead of getting rid of it?

Looking at this again - it looks like part of the problem may be the menu placement since by default it is in the right side of the header. How can I move the menu to be below the header?
