    Hi All,

    I'm new to this but having a ball!! So I apologise in advance for any obvious questions or something I should have been easily able to find myself.

    I've created a site for a friend based upon the concept of ultra simplicity - no more than one click to anything - and ideally - no more than three elements of anything - where possible.

    So the top right menu is a contact link.

    Can I make this larger? Or even replace with a graphic button? Also, it is a drop down menu on phones and I would like to replace this with the menu link rather than drop down.

    Also regarding the footer - it is intended to be a simple Facebook button link. Can I make this centred instead of left?

    Any other design tips welcome too!!

    Hi,

    1) Menu item to button
    You can add a css class to the menu item under Appearance - Menu
    (If it is not showing, you have to click on Screen Options and select CSS classes)
    Give the menu item a class: button

    Now you can change the appearance by adding the class
    .nav-header .button
    to style.css

    To change the font, font-size, font-color add:
    .nav-header .button a

    You can take a look at line 410 of the style.css to see how the theme styles buttons

    If oyu want to use an actual graphic, that´s possible, too.
    You could use a background-image property. http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_background.asp

    2) Mobile Menu
    If you don' t want to use the mobile menu, delete the following line from functions.php
    wp_enqueue_script( 'agency-responsive-menu', get_bloginfo( 'stylesheet_directory' ) . '/js/responsive-menu.js', array( 'jquery' ), '1.0.0' );

    You might have to adjust somethings in the stylesheet.

    3) Footer & Facebook
    Around line 1699 remove
    .footer-widgets-1, .footer-widgets-2 {
    float: left;
    }

    Change .footer-widgets-1 around line 1695 to
    margin: 0 auto;
