Agency Pro : missing comment box on new posts

I just changed to Agency Pro theme yesterday - any blog posts before the move show the comment box after the post - but any new posts made today, do not show the 'leave a comment' beside date (under title), nor to they show a comment box under the blog post.

I've checked in Genesis - Themes - and all comments turned on
Under settings - all appropriate comment settings turned on - none of these were changed, just the theme was changed.
I've reset permalinks in case that needed to trigger it - nothing.

Any ideas how to get the comment box back for new posts?

Open up one of your newer posts in the Edit Mode - look to see if the boxes under Discuss are checked or empty.

I looked at both of the links. On this one - http://wanderloveweddings.com/destination-wedding-welcome-bags/ - it says, "You might also be interested in..." however, on this one - http://wanderloveweddings.com/understanding-resort-wedding-packages/- it says, "Similar Posts". Did you create custom templates?

Unfortunately there is very little under the COMMENTS section under the post in admin.

It's fixed in post above...it doesn't have the usual checkmarks for comments on or off - just a space to add a comment is the only post specific setting I have in admin side of a post.

Go up to the "Screen Options" way up in the top right corner - click it and see if the Discussion box is checked. If not, check it and then scroll back down.

You probably just caught me as I was changing how that was listed in a plugin - similar posts via categories - I can change what the similar posts list, and I just changed it 😉

Okay - went to screen options - discussion was not checked, I checked it off, and it's showing as allowing comments and allowing trackbacks, so I unclicked those - then saved the post. Then clicked those settings on and now it seems to be working!

Thank you so much - I had no idea about that 'screen option' area and now will refer to that when a section is missing in a post. Thank you for your patience and help - truly appreciated.
