    Hi, I try to show some code in the Home Middle Widget of Agency Pro Theme. Normal html-tags like "strong" or "href" are shown, but not columns with the [one-half] code. Never had any problem with that in other studiopress themes.

    Any idea?

    Thanks
    Chris

    WordPress does not execute shortcodes in widgets by default. Add the following to functions.php and your shortcode will execute.

    add_filter('widget_text', 'do_shortcode');

    Genesis has it's own column built-in column classes that do not require shortcodes. The instruction for using them are here: http://my.studiopress.com/tutorials/content-column-classes/
