    Can anyone help me find the code to remove the narrow white area under the black and white equipment graphics on the front page of the site I'm setting up: jerental.net. When I use the browser inspect tool it appears to be the 24px for the margin in the code below but altering the margin settings does nothing.

    img.centered, .aligncenter {
    display: block;
    margin: 0 auto 24px;
    }

    Thanks for any help!

    This is the code that is controlling the white gap:

    p {
    margin: 0 0 24px;
    padding: 0;
    }

    But getting rid of the 24px will cause there to be no spaces between your text on other pages. Are you hosting that equipment image in a text widget? That may be problem. Try using an image widget to insert it there.

    Thank you Erika for your response. Yes, I am using the text widget because besides for that white area at the bottom of the image, it works better for me. When I used the image widget I had many issues such as the image did not center, large white space on the right, etc.

    Can you point me in the right direction for modifying the image widget code especially for centering and altering the margins and/or padding?

    Again, thanks so much!!!

    My work around was to increase the size of the image.
