    Essence Pro has its UL and OL lists set up in san serif type for paragraphs. I'd like to also have a setup for UL and OL lists in the serif type used for headers. (Note I want both, not looking to change what's already there.)

    Can anyone help me set up coding for this addition?

    When you are creating the lists using the block editor, over on the left when you are on the Block tab, is Advanced. Put a class in there like - serif-list.

    Then in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS add

    ul.serif-list {
    font-family: 'Cormorant Garamond', serif;
    }

    If that doesn't work for your theme, then use:

    ul.serif-list li {
    font-family: 'Cormorant Garamond', serif;
    }
