    Link to your site please.

    This tutorial should help http://www.briangardner.com/social-media-icons/

    Or you can drag a custom menu widget into your header right widget area

    Assume I don't know much about coding.  In the tutorial it says to create CSS to display the social network icons.

    Where would I do that?
    Is that a new file?  What is it called?
    What directory would it go in?

    Paste the code at the end of your child themes style.css file.

    The code is already provided.

    Backup your file first.

    Per the developer instructions at the bottom - http://my.studiopress.com/setup/luscious-theme/, you need to add this to the bottom of your style.css sheet:

    #header .widget-area .simple-social-icons {
    margin: 40px 0 0;
    }

    How do you get the actual Facebook for example icon in the icon vs solid color?
