Adding another row for Outreach Pro home page

I want to find out if there's a way of adding another row between the Home Bottom and the Sub Footer left in the Outreach Pro theme?

The client is wanting to add something else to the home page, with 4 columns, so doing a repeat of the Home Bottom would be ideal but I couldn't see a way to do that.

There's only room for four featured pages and I'd like to have 8, but with the ability to add text, rather than a featured page for the second row. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this please?

The theme uses widget areas, so you'd add more.
