Hello, I'm trying to add a widget area below the Bio Box on Author pages, above their listing of blog posts.
I've got Widget Logic installed so I could setup separate widgets for each major author.
I'm guessing it is similar to this: http://www.studiopress.community/topic/add-content-before-all-posts-in-a-category/
Anyone know what hook to use in this case?
How many authors?
Please copy ALL the code from the view raw link and paste it at the end of your child themes functions.php file using a text editor like Notepad++
This almost works, the widget area shows up just before the bio rather than just after.

Updated the code. Try the new hook
I thought it was working.....then noticed that the widget is appearing before every Entry Title in the list. So not so much.

Please try that code again if you missed my earlier note about updating the code so it displays after the Bio box.
I've tried it twice and the widget appears before every entry on the page, not just before the first entry (or after the Bio box).

Works perfect for me as you can see in the screenshot.
Don't get PM's. If it isn't what you need, you could reposition the author box conditionally so you can then hook in the widget before the loop which seems to be what you want. That way it only displays once.
I'll add other options to my existing post which should help you get what you want.
