Hi, I would like to be able to add a full width search bar to a page (or pages) just like I am able to add it to the home page via widget, "home top".

I would also like to be able to add featured pages to other pages - not just the home page.

    Are these tings possible?

    Kind Regards,
    David Trounce

Could you someone post an answer to this question? I tried looking up the previous post where this was answered and couldn't fine it. I want to add a search field to a page using the blog template. Is there a short code we can use to add a search field any where we'd like?

    Thanks

You could create a widget, hook it into your page, and then add the a search bar into the newly created widget.

    Hi Susan,

Is there an easier way to do this? Doesn't Genesis already come with a shortcode to insert a search field onto any page or post?

    Thanks
