I like to add new widget are below Primary Sidebar like this web site at; http://libertyblog.org/

Thanks for your help Brad, but I do not want to have two split areas side by side. I like to have additional sidebar areas to enter sub menus, enter facebook box, enter Testimonials, etc.  for several purposes.  and each box will be visible on different pages.  so the side bars should not be site-wide.  I am not sure if this is possible,  Thanks.

Sidebars or widgets?

You can create custom widgets or use the Widget Logic plugin on existing widgets.
