    Hello!

Ideally what I need to add onto our website is a text area that would go all the way across the bottom there below the slider here on the home page: http://taracustomhomes.com/. Right now I can insert a text widget in the footer widget areas, but that obviously doesn't go clear across the page. Is there a special widget I can install to do this so I don't need to use lots of code to get this function?

    Use the genesis_before_footer hook

And add a new widget area using that hook

Thank you! I had completely forgotten about using a hook. This worked perfectly
