I've created a custom meta box for the Pages that let's them upload a gallery to that Page. I would like for it to automatically add the gallery to the page's sidebar. Can anyone walk me through how you would do this?

Depends on how you created the meta box however they can simply use the native gallery function & shortcodes to create and insert them into the editor for the custom field.
Thats the easiest way to do it i think.
How did you create the custom field?
