    Any suggestions how to add a button the bottom of the Archives widget?

    Would like to add a button which when clicked would navigate to an All Archives page but seems the ability to customize this widget is quite limited.

    You might be able to filter the widget and add the HTML for the button using one of these filters http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference#Widgets

    This is probably the one you want:

    widget_archives_args
