Add a hook just fo posts and avoid homepage, pages and sections

Have a hook to display a banner in my website below the navigation menu:

add_action('genesis_after_header', 'topadd');
function topadd()

But it displays the ad in every single page, i dont want it to show in the homepage, pages, categories

I just want it to show in posts

Is there any way to do this?

add_action(‘genesis_after_header’, ‘topadd’);
function topadd(){
  if(  is_singular('post') ){
    //write your code here
  }
}
