    Hello Forum,

I was not able to successfully place a Wistia video on Academy Pro's homepage video placeholder.

I've tried pasting the Wistia video embed code into the Hosted Video URL box under Hero Video Settings.

Wistia's embed code is as follows:

    <script src="https://fast.wistia.com/embed/medias/8lrb1q1xs2.jsonp" async></script><script src="https://fast.wistia.com/assets/external/E-v1.js" async></script><div class="wistia_responsive_padding" style="padding:56.25% 0 0 0;position:relative;"><div class="wistia_responsive_wrapper" style="height:100%;left:0;position:absolute;top:0;width:100%;"><span class="wistia_embed wistia_async_8lrb1q1xs2 popover=true popoverAnimateThumbnail=true videoFoam=true" style="display:inline-block;height:100%;width:100%">&nbsp;</span></div></div>

Do I have to remove some elements in the above embed code to make it work?

Thanks very much in anticipation of your help.

    Best regards,

    Nhoi

You can't use the embed code.

    Either :

    1. Add the direct link to the video to the customizer settings

    or

    2. Download the video and host it in the WordPress media library using the customizer settings to upload the video file.
