Topic: Clickable logo in Minimum Theme
Hi there,
I got a perfectly working logo for the Minimum theme by adding it as a background to my #title-area. Works great for the responsive part, also.
The only thing I can't get to work is the link to the homepage. I currently have 'text-indent: -9999px" on the #title selector to prevent it from showing the title text. Of course, that also hides the link.
How can I
a) make the image clickable?
b) without the title text being shown?
Thanks for helping out!

I searched and didn't find a great solution to putting a logo onto a page. It seems like this is such a common feature it would be obvious. I do however see I can create a full-width banner, but that won't allow me to work on placement as the width of the page changes (Going Green is responsive, after all). Am I required to create a special second banner for the mobile version? Seems odd that such a polished set of themes would be missing this, so I assume I'm missing something simple.
[Resolved]Topic: Linkable header image and responsive slider
[Resolved]Topic: Need CSS help please (Production theme custom header)
Hi, and thank you to all those who have assisted me with my newbie questions in the past with this.
My site is http://www.bendalls.com.au. I am using the Production child theme. My problem is that the site's header is not displaying properly on mobile phones. Nick has assisted me with some stylesheet tweaks, but said that I would "probably need to add some custom CSS to change the header position for the responsive CSS as well". That bit has me stumped.
Basically, the Bendalls logo is off centre to the social media icons underneath it. I deliberately made the logo with some empty space to the left of it, but even when I change it back so the logo is aligned hard left, it looks worse. Also, I would like some more space between the social media icons (header top widget) and the logo.
If anyone can help with specific CSS complete with instructions on where to place it, I will be very appreciative.
Many thanks

Hi,
I want to use a 240 px wide logo with News Child Theme.
I understand that it will only work with this plugin Genesis Responsive Header http://designsbynickthegeek.com/plugins/genesis-responsive-header - right? Which widths are needed for logos for mobile responsive display?
Do I only have to upload one logo or some logos in different widths? If different widths, which ones are recommendable for a logo which is normally 240 px wide?
Thanks for your help.

mauiTopic: header to overhang content
Hi everyone,
I've got a questtion regarding my website and I hope you can help me on my way with this cause it's been frustrating me. I'm using the Foxus child-theme as a base by the way.
Here's the thing. I've made a header with an image element which needs to hang over the menu and into the #inner part of the site. It's the round logo on the left of the header. link
To get this done I used this tutorial:
Now, below that I've got this responsive slider in my page template that I positioned so that the top aligns with the bottom edge of the menu. The problem is that the bottom part of the overhanging logo now seems to fall behind that slider. Is there any way you can think of that I can fix that so that the slider falls behind the logo and header?
Thanx a lot!
Welcome!
