Hi
I'm trying to remove the default text header in Outreach Theme and replace it with an image. I don't mine if I retain the themes black checker background; I'd like me logo to overlay it or similar, and align left. How does one do this?
Thank you.
[Resolved]Topic: WordPress 3.5 Issues -header and links
I am using the Executive 2.0 theme and have encountered the following issues:
1. On publishing header there used to be a skip crop and publish option. I used it to add a logo. That has disappeared and 300x100 logo is cropped. Worked around by making logo canvas 1140px wide. Was simpler with the skip crop option.
2. Adding links to text in a blog post hangs up in the modal pop up. To work around for now just hand coding links.
Both issues popped up on two sites I updated to 3.5. Sites using the same theme that I have not upgraded to 3.5 do not have these issues.
I am hopeful that 1.9 release will resolve, but for now work arounds working. This is more for an FYI post.
So, back when Genesis had a logo to replace (and a header text/logo section in the Genesis preferences), this was easy to do.
Now, I'm a bit confused of how I can inject an image into the title area, while allowing it to hang over (overflow:visible to the image itself) the header and onto the #inner.
Help please?
[Resolved]Topic: Insert Logo in Agency Header
This is driving me crazy. I'm wanting to put my logo in the header of the Agency theme. All the tutorials I've read and seen videos of show in the Genesis theme settings having a section named "Header Settings". Right underneath the Header Settings it says "Use for blog title/logo:" and then you have the choice of Dynamic Text or Imago Logo.
I don't have these header settings at all showing in the Genesis Theme Settings. From what I've seen on all these tutorials the Header Settings should be between the Default Layout and the Navigation Settings.
Can someone lead me in the right direction? I've just installed this today and wondering if the "Header Settings" are no longer listed in the Genesis Theme Settings.
[Resolved]Topic: Remove header text
Hey everyone,
I've been tweaking my header (gonescamping.com) and may have royally screwed up the css. Not sure. I uploaded the logo using genesis simple headers plugin (to adjust the size), then changed the pixels to 0 on the title/description text (in css) so it wouldn't show on top of the logo. It looks fine, but you can't click on the logo, I'm assuming because I wasn't able to full delete the text, I only made it invisible. How to fully delete that text? I tried deleting the code in css about the header title/description and it didn't make a difference.
Thank you!

Topic: Genesis Simple Header Plugin
Hi, Gang:
I'm using Eleven40 with the current version of WP.
I couldn't figure out how to put my header graphic at the top of the homepage, so I'm using the Genesis Simple Header plugin. I have Simple Headers>Advanced, checked.
However:
1. When I "unclick" show header text with your image, and then save -- it immediately shows up "checked" again.
and
2. On my home page, I don't see the logo image. I just have a horizontal blue bar.On a completely separate note: You'll notice that as you scroll down the homepage, the 2nd through XX posts are staggered. I can't figure out why they are staggered and how to get them unstaggered?
Much thanks,
Adam
Topic: Change logo padding
Hello,
The logo in my site appears too close to the primary menu and there's too much room left at the bottom before the secondary menu. I'd like it to look more centered. I'm using the Going Green theme. This is the URL:
I've tried changing the padding like this, but I see no changes:
.header-image #title-area,
.header-image #title,
.header-image #title a {
display: block;
float: left;
height: 100px;
overflow: hidden;
padding: 0 0 20px 0;
text-indent: -9999px;
width: 400px;
}Can you help? Thanks!
[Resolved]Topic: Eleven40 Customisation Responsive Issue
Hi All,
I have adapted the Eleven40 theme for a project to be similar to Minimalist, however, if I view on a mobile the 4 icons are all bunched up and not displaying properly rather than 2 above each other.
I know its me, can anyone offer any advice on where I have gone wrong?
The website is: http://www.magicbrothers.com, only homepage at present hence everything links back to this page.

I'm working on modifying my logo/header on the eleven40 theme. I'd like to have the picture size taller rather than just the skinny image. Also, now that I've modified the logo (put text on top and made the rectangle bigger) I'd still like this to resize based on screen size. Any tips? http://www.bigstatebiglife.com
