I am truly stumped and red eyed from looking at the screen and trying to figure this out. Can you please help?!

I tried looking for what you mentioned. The closest I could find is this and I tried adding what you said above into this.
My menu bar is way too long and I would like for it to sit next to the Header title. How can this be done?

A: How do I find 163? It is not numbered on the CSS style page.

B: I do not understand also...."add padding-top. "Are you telling me to add: ( padding top:30px) right next to #wrap ?
