Great work. How about turning the navigation bar into a sticky navigation so it stays there even when you scroll down?

Honestly, I don't think there is a need to re-invent the wheel here. There are so many plugins out there. And it would be diffiult to provide an idea of how much it would cost without knowing which plugin it is. I will suggest you to choose a plugin that comes close to your needs (functionality wise) and then pick a design that you like (you can draw a rough sketch too), and then you may want to contact us for a quote.Thanks

Getting a customized solution is much better for the gallery. For your ecommerce issue, I think there is nothing that can't be done with WooCommerce. I am absolutely sure that there are a tons of themes and add-on plugins available to do just what you want.
I have to build a website for a client with rental properties. I have been contemplating using agentpress for sometime, it is nice to see some live examples in the showcase.
The website is clean and sharp, however, there is a lot of margin for improvement. The call to action could be much better as well as the quote form.
