Was having the exact same problem. Your hack worked perfectly.

A simple, but effective ‘hack’ for this is to change the publish date of the pages. Make Litigation the latest publish date, Results earlier than litigation and finally Customer Service even earlier than litigation using date to order by.

I'm wondering if there is a bug with the Executive Pro Theme and the Responsive Slider? I am having a similar problem with slides not displaying in the correct order no matter what I do (using pages, not posts). Genesis and WP is updated. No caching plugin running. Weird.

Having the same problem. No plugin conflicts. Just doesn't work...
