I am in development with StudioPress's Associate theme, WooCommerce 1.6.6, and the Genesis Connect plugin and everything works perfectly. When WooCommerce 2.0 cam out I cloned the site, deactivated Genesis Connect, and ran the WooCommerce upgrade. The upgrade itself was very smooth but the theme layout became significantly disrupted. I then enabled the Genesis Connect plugin hoping for a miracle... no such luck.

Apparently WooCommerce has changed numerous class names and it "appears" Genesis Connect is no longer in sync.

According to WooCommerce docs, you simply need to clone your page.php file, save it as woocommerce.php, replace the loop with <code><?php woocommerce_content(); ?></code>, upload it to your theme folder, and your theme will handle key shop pages. Under normal circumstances I believe this would work nicely but given the complexity of the Genesis Framework, it's not so easy, hence the Genesis Connect plugin.

Hopefully the StudioPress folks release a new version of Genesis Connect for WooCommerce soon, the latest version of WooCommerce is a must have.
