Thank you.
This is the msg on SEO Yoas (indexpage)t:
"There are 105 words contained in the body copy, this is below the 300 word recommended minimum. Add more useful content on this topic for readers"
This is msg at Woorank:
"This page's ratio of text to HTML code is below 15 percent, this means that your website probably needs more text content.
A ratio between 25 and 70 percent is ideal. When it goes beyond than that, the page might run the risk of being considered spam.
As long as the content is relevant and gives essential information, it is a plus to have more of it".

That looks much better. You dont happens to know how to make it glossier as well, do you? If so, would appreciate it.
Thanks
Tonje
TonjeMemberGreat, thanks
I guess I might have used a wrong editor (I pasted it at the end of the php....)
I will try again 🙂
TonjeMemberIts me again Brad,
I tried to do some more tweaks to the company information like adding color.
All of the sudden the site went down with this message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/4/i/iexcelbooks/www/wp-content/themes/Archive/functions.php on line 115
Anyone knows how I can solve that error and to get the site up again? I am sure I by a mistake touched something else than the footer....
Thanks
TonjeMemberThank you so much, that worked. I have so little skills so I mange to put it in the stylesheet.
Now, the company address is finally there, thanks to your explanation.

TonjeMemberGreat thank you for the advice. I dont like to change the template itself, which is the choosen background color/header. I have too little skills to start with that.
But changing the color of the slider might be a good idea. I ll look into that. Thanks.
T
TonjeMemberThank you tedvieira for the advice. I will look into that and get more skilled :-=)
Schreckgespenster, I actually just changed the menu to lighter, but you do you mean the Logo? Shouldnt that be the same as the background of the page itself, as it is now?
The Slideshow is testimonial and pix that people mailed to us, but - yes I do agree, it could definetly have been more professional 🙂
Thanks for your feedback. 🙂
TonjeMemberin case someone is reading my last question, I received great explanation on the "Showcase" so this is solved!!! Thank you.
TonjeMemberThank you. Appreciate your explanation but I cant simply get it to work. I tried all 3 of them to be on the "safe" side, but it did not work. Should it be something before the word function?
regards Tonje
TonjeMemberThank you so much for your help on this. I´ve changed it now, and lets see if it will boost the sales 🙂
For further reference, how is it possible to find it out by myself instead of using forum? I tried the tutorials and beginner guide but without any luck.
Regards
Tonje
TonjeMemberThank you Dave. I should be more sceptic to test ranking in the future. I will just let the plugins be on our site then, since the speed is good.
To the other advice of the "invisible" menu: I did get the same feedback from to other independent people, so I will definetly change that. I posted a request below the "showcase" to see if someone can assist me to make it more visible. Not sure what the best will be (white, not hoover or other things) and of course I dont know how to do it 🙁
regards
Tonje
TonjeMemberThank you so much for checking in to my issue.
I went into General setting and added in "Site Title": the same name as I made the page. I always thought it needed to be the name of the webiste itself, so it has been iexcelbooks forever. Thanks for clarifying that for me. Also earlier, I just made it Home (both in General setting and the page itself), but it is important to make it more relevant I suppose? We are providing accounting tools, so I have made the Site title in General setting and the page to Accounting.
Thanks for helping a newbie.

TonjeMemberThank you so much Anitac for prompt answer. Really appreciate it. I will definitely look into that tutorial.
I have made 3-4 pages with buttons. One example page is here http://www.iexcelbooks.no/regnskap_i_excel/
Our login page looks also weird (http://www.iexcelbooks.no/medlemskap/login/index?amember_redirect_url=%2Fnedlastning-av-arbeidsboker-i-excel%2F) on a mobile device, but that´s another story as it is a plugin (amember). They actually advised me to "turn off" the mobile response theme in Studiopress until they have their responsive plugin ready, but that does not make sense to me...
Thanks
TonjeMemberHello,
I know no one is guarantee an answer on the forum, but does someone know a consultant who can help me to solve the issue?
Thanks
Tonje
TonjeMemberHi
Thank you so much for the answer. Yes, it looks like the Woorank seo report might had an error - saying the site is slow. On your "recommended" test site it scores 91/100 which is probably not bad. I did disabled the scroll news and a few plugins and will continue doing that. Thanks for your advice - without those I wouldn´t have known
