I'm asking there, too. As crazy as it sounds, though -- I can't think of any way the theme would cause this conflict -- the plugin was working, I changed my child theme (nothing else), and now the plugin isn't working.
titus2homemakerParticipantGenesis usually does do auto-updates. (I auto-updated mine less than a month ago.) I'm not sure what the issue is that the most recent update or two did not happen automatically.
titus2homemakerParticipantYes, I did. And I guess I should sign my name. haha

titus2homemakerParticipantI don't understand why the most recent Genesis updates haven't shown up. I've updated every time it's offered, too, and mine was out of date.
It's probably safer to switch to another theme temporarily.
titus2homemakerParticipantYes, just upload the zip file, BUT you have to uninstall the current version of Genesis first, or it won't let you install the new one.
titus2homemakerParticipantSame issue. Sidebars moved and unused sidebars are showing up on the live site as "this is the Secondary Sidebar Widget Area. You can add content to this area by visiting your Widgets Panel and adding new widgets to this area." And Genesis isn't showing as having an update available.
titus2homemakerParticipantSo the functions file is the one I want? Thanks! (Also thank you for the heads-up on the errors. I'll look into that.)
