Thanks for replying again Christof. I've given up on simple social icons and taken the advice above from coralseait and am using Font Awesome. I just have a layout issue to sort out but apart from that the icons are now all showing perfectly.

Thanks coralseait - really appreciate your input. This is a great solution.

Thanks again Christof but I had also tried the Firefox fix code and that didn't work either.

I'm stumped as to what to do and am thinking I should just code the social icons myself as a last resort.

I appreciate you looking into this for me.

Thanks Christoph but I tried adding that code the other day and it didn't make any difference. Any other ideas where I'm going wrong?
