This is a StudioPress theme. It is Executive Pro. A developer had edited it bit for me (a couple of years ago), but, the edits were limited to css.

I fixed the bulk of the errors, and certainly any of them that would have any effect on the drop down navigation.

Is is possible now, for anyone to peek at the nav & sub-nav css and see what the issue might be?

Thanks, Jess. The hover styling wasn't being activated for some reason. All good now. Thanks for taking the time to respond!

Thanks David! You were right... homepage settings were messing things up. I got it sorted out now.
