Mystery solved! It is part of the Themify Builder that I am using. I have only used this builder on 2 sites, and those are the 2 sites that have the extra admin menu items from which to choose. Sorry for any confusion! Mystery solved!

I'm honestly not sure where these admin options came from. They are the the Highlights, Portfolios, Slides, and Testimonials options. These options are not on most of my other WordPress sites, but they are on one more. Different themes, though, so I'm really not sure where they came from...???

Has anyone actually used WP Touch to update the Scribble theme? I don't want to present this option to my client if it's not going to work in mobile devices. Thanks!
