I'm not sure if this will help you at all, but I found this plugin, haven't tried it yet, myself:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-header-extended/Hope that helps, or that someone else with more knowledge jumps in!

socialsparkMemberThank you, David. I didn't realize the column code was in the responsive section as well. So now they both look the same - stacked. But since you're a designer 🙂 I'll ask: don't you think it looks better shrunken down and still in rows than that looooong column of icons? They're not really a critical part of the information on the page, just who he's worked with.
Thanks again.
FransocialsparkMemberOMG, thank you!!!
That's what I get for working late on a Saturday night!socialsparkMemberI need to remove the tagline from all pages of my site, but I'm not having any luck using the code from the previous posts.
Where does this code need to go exactly? Into the functions.php file?
Here is a link to my site: http://postbankruptcy.flywheelsites.com/. You can't see the site description, but it is directly under the black header area...
socialsparkMemberOh my, that's a lot of code!
Thanks for all your effort, Rob.Fran
socialsparkMemberThanks, I'll try that.
Seems strange that they would promote several color schemes as options and then not include the option to change them by default.
