Thanks for your response David. I will look into this as a temporary solution until I can figure out a way to do it without having to worry about updates. I am also considering on simply changing the font color to match the background. The link will still be there but at least it won't be visible.

I can't seem to remove the copyright either. If I edit the init.php file will it revert back every time there is an update?
