Can you share how to add the header the right way? I don't know the address for your blog (braddalton).

I have the Eleven40 theme and after upgrading to Genesis 2.0 I'm getting my header logo in duplicate and I used the Header plugin to upload. So I really don't know what problems I may have caused with these two actions.

Thanks for the response - I actually did reactivate and found the problem. When I created the custom menu and inserted it into the widget I gave the widget a title and that bumped everything down. I removed the title and the menu is now back up where it should be.
